Ms. Angelone joined Sproul Trost, LLP in February 2008. Ms. Angelone provides support to the firm’s Real Estate Litigation Section, which represents large residential and commercial developers, contractors, common interest communities, businesses, and private individuals, in federal and state courts with a wide variety of legal issues, including defending and prosecuting claims involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, construction defects, title to real property, real property disputes involving purchase and sale agreements, and eminent domain actions.
Ms. Angelone’s work involves assisting the firm’s attorneys with broad ranged responsibilities encompassing the preparation of cases from discovery to trial phase, including digesting and indexing information obtained prior to trial, maintaining dockets and files, preparing and interpreting legal documents, researching factual and legal issues, and preparation of documents. Ms. Angelone is extensively involved in case management and trial preparation.
Ms. Angelone is a seasoned litigation and trial paralegal with over 20 years of legal experience. She has worked on a number of multi-million dollar breach of contract cases and has developed case management and database applications for a variety of clients.
Ms. Angelone is proficient in several legal applications such as, Summation Blaze, Concordance, Excel, Time Slips, WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, Hot Docs, spreadsheets, databases and electronic discovery. Ms. Angelone also has strong skills in legal research, including proficiency in using Lexis and Westlaw.
