Sproul Trost focuses on real estate development, land use planning and the unique legal issues and problems facing common interest developments and master planned communities of all kinds.  We have served as legal counsel to many of the Nation’s largest real estate development companies, including those who specialize in active adult communities, destination resort developments, and golf course communities.  Currently the firm represents approximately 100 real estate development companies as well as a number of owner associations operating in established master planned communities.  The developments and condominium projects in which Sproul Trost has been involved extend from San Diego County to the Oregon border and we have extensive experience with the unique issues associated with resort developments in and around the Truckee-Tahoe region of California.

We provide our clients with a wide range of legal services, including common interest documentation, drafting of purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, entity formation, corporate governance assistance and securities law compliance in the context of golf course offerings.
